To initiate your return request, please contact us at info@balanceactivewear.ca. with your order number and mention the item(s) to be returned. We will follow up on your email with return information.
Please allow 2-3 business days for one of our customer service agent to review and respond to your inquiry. If you have sent an email and you have not received a response, please be sure to check your junk/spam folders.
Discounted / promotional items
Any item purchased with a discount is NOT eligible for a refund.

Gift card is redeemable for merchandise sold online. No returns and no refunds on gift cards.
